  Absolutely the worst customer service in restaurant history. Granted it is Christmas, but there is no regard or respect for the consumer. First, after having a reservation, they were not ready for our party. After waiting 20 minutes for the reserved table, they gave it to a party that just arrived. We excused that error and decided to order carry out. They promised it would be ready in 15 minutes. Well 45 minutes later we still didn't have our food. And, the kicker, they wanted to be angry when we decided to cancel the order and leave.
  
  I guess I shouldn't complain. .. there were FOUR people who called their orders in at 5pm and at 6:20, they still don't have them. (And they were told 30 minutes on the phone).
  
  If you're going to do business, do it well. GOLDEN BOWL OAK PARK - SAD SAD BUSINESS.

  Worst service ever. on top of that they demanded a tip for there server. Who really really didn't deserve one. I am so not being mean. She was really just that bad. She lucked out and my wife came late meeting her family for dinner. As they demanded tip as we walked out the door. so my wife left her $25 tip on less the a $100 bill. Needless to say had she know about the service being so bad .she would not have left it. Her family had been going there for 25 plus year. Not any more.
